Thank you for purchasing NARFALL LLC products. To ensure your shopping experience, please carefully read the following return policy before requesting a return.
I. Return Request Time
If you need to return an item, please contact our customer service team to submit a return request within 7 days of receiving the item. Requests submitted after this timeframe may not be processed.
II. Eligible Return Situations (This includes both opened and unopened products)
You can request a return or refund in the following situations:
The product has a quality issue;
The product was damaged during shipping;
The received product does not match the order contents.
When requesting a return, please provide your order number and relevant photos so we can verify the situation.
III. Returned Product Requirements
To ensure smooth return processing, returned products must meet the following conditions:
The product is unused and undamaged;
The product is in its original condition and does not affect resale;
The product packaging is intact and includes all accessories, instructions, and original packaging materials.
If the product does not meet the above conditions, we may not be able to accept the return.
IV. Situations Where Returns Are Not Supported
Returns are generally not supported in the following situations:
The product has been used or damaged by the customer;
The return application period has expired;
Damage or improper use caused by personal reasons;
Special promotional or customized products (as specifically stated on the page).
V. Return Process
The return process is as follows:
Contact customer service to submit a return request;
Customer service reviews and confirms eligibility for return;
Return the product to the address provided by customer service;
After receiving the product and confirming that it meets the return conditions, we will process the refund within 7-10 business days.
The refund will be returned to the original payment method.
VI. Return Shipping Costs
If the return is due to product quality issues or incorrect product delivery, we will bear the return shipping costs;
If the return is due to personal reasons, the buyer must bear the return shipping costs.
